Q: When will other products be available?
A: We are working on a variety of custom made products such as wheels, trucks,
our own version of riptape, ramps, rails, stone obstacles, and hardware when
we are 100% of the quality of the products they will be added to the website.

Q: I want a custom deck is this possible?
A: Custom decks are possible of course they will be an additional charge for these
custom decks. We can put almost anything on a deck but again these decks will
only be available when they appear in the products section.

Q: Can you sponsor me?
A: We are always looking for talent. We are trying to build the best fingerboarding
team that we can build so we will look at any videos you have on youtube. The
Maplewood team will consist of 5 people so good luck to all.

Q: A product i bought from you broke can i return it?
A: If the product breaks during shipping we will replace it. We ship items protected
very well so this should not be a problem. But in the rare instance it would you
can return it for a store credit.

Q: I tried to order a product on your website but it wouldn't let me what is wrong?
A: If you ordered it and it didn't add it to the cart then check to see if the item
is out of stock. If it isn't out of stock then email us with the problem.

Q: I won a contest when will i get my prize?
A: We ship prizes out as soon as the winner is announced on the website.
So give time for the shipping to come.
